Moven provides a fleet operations platform that enables businesses to manage vehicles, service reminders, documents, expenses, and operational alerts. The Service is offered on a subscription basis to registered business users.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software that may damage or interfere with the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
